I was training for a 10k race and found that listening to the music on this CD really helped my motivation (- apart from one track which had the disheartening chorus of "I can't go on any further than this..."!!)
I ended up buying the CD and saving it to my computer and then copying the tracks onto my mp3 player. Unfortunately (and this could be my lack of technological understanding) - I found that neither Real Player nor iTunes could locate this CD and each track came up as 'Track 1' or 'Track 2' etc. which meant that when I copied all 3 CDs - it seemed to think I was copying the same thing 3 times. This meant I could only listen to one set of tracks. Next time I would probably get the download version to save this hassle.
Apart from that, I would highly recommend this for anyone who wants a good selection of tracks to run to.

Not a very fit person, and I needed some motivating music to help me get started at the gym. It's exactly my type of music, and I prefer using the 3 mixes rather than hearing each track individually as it plays continuously, helping me to last that little bit longer.

had high hopes of running to these tracks, but the BPM of all the third cd is only 140, when the ideal BPM for running is 180. Shame nobody did any research when looking into this.

You need this whole album as when played back on an Ipod you get 60songs that are already mixed, & follow one another without a break. Itunes does an abridged version of this, so be wary, you need to have the 60songs on 3 cds. The only downside is, that not all the mixes are sung by the original artists- although it is only a handful that aren't. But once you adjust to the different version, it doesn't detract from the listening experience. Just a brilliant motivational collection of songs- & I don't even run.

Pretty turgid stuff for running purposes, but alright if you want to relax, sit down and have a cup of char
