You won't get better value for money for a long time than to download this live album. Yes, it is a bit overindulgent at times, and yes some of the material is over-familiar, but these are two great artists enjoying themselves, respecting each other's space and performing superbly. So just enjoy!

After seeing Clapton & Winwood playing together in concert and reading the reviews of this album I expected much better. The playing is dull and the cover versions of tracks like Voodoo Chile are just pale imitations of the originals. The sound quality of the vocals is poor and neither player seems particularly inspired.
I've heard pub bands play better.

This album has a definite 1970's feel to it, not necessarily a bad thing. But on the other hand it is now 2010, a surprise or two wouldn't be bad. Some of the more recent work of these two musicians would have been nice, Clapton and Winwoord collaborated on Winwood's latest album, so why not include some of that newer material? The bottom line is that this album amounts to very well played nostalgia, yet it could have been so much more.

While I'm not usually a big fan of Clapton, his collaboration with Winwood is inspired. An excellent CD combining one of rock's great voices and keyboard players with the best guitarist in the world. Music for adults!

It's great to hear Steve and Eric working together again: I think the last time was in 1983 when they featured in the ARMS Concerts in aid of MS research.

Voodoo Chile, Georgia and Little Wing are my highlights but Steve Winwood could sing the phone book and he'd still be worth listening to. The selection of songs is good, with something to please almost everyone and the singing and playing is first-rate. I could do without 'Them Changes' - presumably included in tribute to the late Buddy Miles - but that's a minor quibble.

Eric's in fine form and the pairing of these great musicians makes for a fine live album. It would have been great to be at the shows.

However, the sound of the CD, and the drum sound in particular, is rather dull so I've been mean and docked it a star. Perhaps the DVD set has better sound?
